Whether you love them or hate them you will be seeing a lot more of 2Day FM duo Kyle and Jackie O as they take over Gretel Killeen's role as the new hosts of Big Brother.
After a dramatic fall in ratings the Ten Network has decided to revamp the series and say goodbye to Killeen, a decision which industry sources say was signed off on last week.
Network Ten are hoping the strength of Kyle and Jackie O's radio show will help draw in an audience.
Former Big Brother housemate Tim Brunero says Killen was faced with some confronting issues as Big Brother's host over the years and always came across professionally.
"She is a sagacious, sophisticated and very witty woman who carried what sometimes was a very emotionally charged and at times controversial show," Brunero said.
Killeen isn’t completely cutting ties with Ten, she is said to be writing a new drama series for the network.
Killeen also has other projects in the works, she recently returned from New York where she met with publishers and is working on a film script.
