Police have used a taser on a man who refused to leave a home south of Brisbane overnight.
Officers were called to the home in Kingston Road, Loganlea, at around 3.30am (AEST) where a 27-year-old visitor was allegedly acting violently.
Police say the officers used a taser on the man when he allegedly refused to obey their directions to leave.
He's been charged with assaulting police after punching a constable in the face at Logan Police Station.
He'll appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on January 25.
