I am very glad (but not surprised) to notice your interest, Mr Spielberg in UFOs and paranormal phenomena, in networking about them, and it also seems you are interested in research in these fields? I hope He does create the site. I saw ufos back in Clinton, Iowa in May, 66. I just stood there watching them with my mouth hanging open. Now when I see the chase scenes in Close Encounters, I still get the chill down my spine as when I had my sighting.

Once while caretaking a camping ground in the northern rivers I was told by a family that they had seen a UFO the previous night. I stopped by the following evening on my rounds and while I was their the kids started jumpind up and down pointing at it's reappearance. I pointed out that it was an Ansett plane on approach for Coolangatta, see the Nav, lights I said. That's how they hide I was told. So, for you non believers, UFOs are everywhere, pretending to be aeroplanes. True story folks.

I am the Nevada State Director for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). I personally think this is a fantastic idea and would like to thank Mr. Spielberg for his efforts. I also hope that Mr. Spielberg has a chance to read this comment. MUFON is a non-profit group that has been scientifically researching the ufo phenomenon officially since 1969. Our organization would like the opportunity to be involved with Mr. Spielberg on this venture as we have so many resources to share on this topic.

Fantastic idea, Having being a follower and a contributor to the infamous site “Above Top Secret,” I have recently become disillusioned with many of the people who use this once great site and have longed to channel my energies with a more open minded an non judgemental kind. There are far too many people who question others intellectual levels and standard of education thus creating an air of pompousness that pilferage everyone’s right to formulate there own unique take on things.
