The fate of former NSW MP Milton Orkopoulos could be made clearer today when the jury in his case retire to consider its verdict.
50-year-old Orkopoulos facing 34 child sex and drug charges but during the course of the trial Judge Ralph Coolahan has invited the jury to return not guilty verdicts on four counts.
If found guilty, the former aboriginal affairs minister faces a maximum 14 years in prison.
