Shock jock Kyle Sandilands has revealed he drinks up to an incredible 20 café lattes a day – and anywhere up to eight litres of Coke.

The 36-year-old bad boy of FM has told Sunday Life magazine he needs the intake – plus a lot of chocolate – to get him through his workaholic lifestyle.

Sandilands also says he gets by on four hours’ sleep a night and suffers so badly from migraines he requires a doctor on call to administer anti-nausea injections when he feels one coming on.

The pudgy Australian Idol judge says the affliction causes him no end of grief.

“I vomit like an alien, my eyes are bloodshot and I sweat like an animal,” he said.

Well.... lattes, coke, chocolate - no wonder you get migraines. Stop drinking as much caffeine, suffer the withdraw symptoms. You need a detox.

That explains his rather acerbic nature. Vile Kyle is nothing but a complete goose and a waste of space. Thank God I stopped listening to this fool many years ago, not long after he started on radio, and discovered talkback. His remarks are nothing short of tasteless and rather demeaning to any artists at the flailing radio station, as well as Australian Idol. Not to mention, Big Brother (which I don't watch). He contemplated at one stage shifting to the States. Well, what's stopping him?
