A Sydney bus operator will now exclusively recruit woman to train in their next generation of bus drivers.
Veolia Transport has been granted permission from the NSW Attorney-General's office to advertise only to women, and avoid anti-discrimination complaints.
According to the company, woman are better drivers, gentler with the vehicles and more friendly with the passengers.
