Man assaults stranger with fish, victim battered

23/06/2008 11:35:00 AM.  | Jesse Perez

A Washington D.C man was recently the victim of a bizarre assault, having a dead fish hurled at his face in an aggressive confrontation with a stranger.

The man was at a self service petrol station when the assailant, identified as Marcellus Coleman, 21 of Fredericksburg, verbally challenged him, and later threw a rock which struck the reporting party in the neck.

The victim then ran towards Coleman, but was assaulted again when the attacker grabbed a fish from his car and threw it at his face.

The attacker then pulled his pants down and exposed himself to the victim and his three friends before leaving the area.

Coleman was later arrested after being found hiding in an abandoned house, and was charged with malicious wounding, indecent exposure and destruction of property.

Off The Wall says: Although this story is a little fishy, Coleman definitely needs some sturgeon justice. It’s lucky he didn’t have his bass kicked, and it’s likely he will flounder fronting up to court. He's a total aholehole and alewife.
