200 cannabis plants seized in Sydney haul

A man will face court today on a string of drugs charges after police allegedly uncovered more than 200 cannabis plants in his home in Sydney’s southwest.

Police stormed the 51-year-old's Chester Hill home yesterday after receiving a tip-off of suspicious behaviour at the house.

Detectives seized 217 cannabis plants as well as a collection of hydroponic related equipment.
