There is pressure on New South Wales police to speed-up their investigation into the Iguana Joes scandal.
Police would not confirm reports Gosford detectives had been unable to interview all Four witnesses supporting federal MP Belinda Neal's version of events.
They said the inquiry had not stalled, contrary to media reports, three weeks after the incident.
Opposition leader Barry O'Farrell said it was a joke Ms Neal and her husband , suspended state MP John Della Bosca, had not yet been questioned.
"There is a moral obligation for a minister of the crown to front up to a police investigation, to front up to Parliament to explain exactly what went on," Mr O'Farrell said.
