Australian rider Troy Bayliss has increased his lead in the World Superbike championship after claiming two third places at Misano World Circuit.
German Max Neukirchner took line honours in the first of two races, finishing in 39 minutes, 27.918 seconds on his Suzuki to edge Australians Troy Corser (Yamaha) and BAYLISS (Ducati).
Spain's Ruben Xaus won the second race in 39:19.710 ahead of Ducati teammate Max Biaggi.
After eight of 14 rounds, Bayliss leads the overall standings with 259 points, 49 ahead of Neukirchner.
