Stosur on track for Wimbledon double

5/07/2008 12:37:00 PM.  |
Samantha Stosur is through to two doubles finals at Wimbledon, the women's and the mixed.

But but fellow Australian Casey Dellacqua lost her semi-final as did junior top seed Bernard Tomic in the boys' singles.

In the mixed doubles, Stosur will play for the title with American Bob Bryan against his brother Mike and Slovenian Katarina Srebotnik, the top seeds.

In the women's semi-final on Friday, Stosur and American partner Lisa Raymond upset top seeds Cara Black and Liezel Huber 6-3 6-3.

It was the same score as Dellacqua and French partner Nathalie Dechy lost to the 11th-seeded Williams sisters who were warming up for Saturday's singles final.

The Americans, who will play the doubles final after they meet in the singles decider, have also won the Australian Open doubles title twice as well as one French Open.

Junior top seed Tomic lost his singles semi-final to Henri Kontinen of Finland 7-6 (7-3) 6-4.
