Anna Wood's father enters politics

The father of Anna Wood, who died from an ecstacy overdose in 1995, is set to join politics as a candidate in Sydney’s local government elections.

Anti-drugs campaigner Tony Wood will run in elections on Sydney’s northern beaches.

The 66-year-old will stand for election to Warringah Council, and says he'll be campaigning on a zero tolerance to drugs policy.
