The Broncos have again been forced to play down reports of a rift between departing head coach Wayne Bennett and his successor-in-waiting, Ivan Henjak.
Rumours of a falling out between the pair have been circulating for months, but a heated discussion which took place at the club's Red Hill training facility on Thursday have brought the situation to an ugly head.
As the players were running through their drills, Bennett looked frustrated as he pointed his finger at Henjak, the pair exchanging heated words.
The stand-off came just a day after Henjak admitted in his News Limited column that his personal relationship with Bennett had cooled.
The Broncos are under pressure to secure a home semi-final over the remaining two rounds of the regular season, but Nick Kenny insists the pressure isn't getting to the men in charge.
"Not really, no. I haven't noticed anything," Kenny told News Limited.
"We're a really tight group – we're all mates off the field as well, and that's shown this year.
"Everyone is putting in for each other and we love playing together.
"There's a lot of confidence in the pack, we're really happy with how we're going and everyone's training well.
"We're all doing extras. We're a tight unit and we're full of confidence."
The Broncos could reclaim fourth place on the ladder should they beat the Bulldogs on Sunday and the Roosters fall to the Rabbitohs.
