Two women will have to spend a month behind bars, for kissing and fondling each other on a public beach in Dubai.
A 30-year-old Lebanese national woman and a 36-year-old Bulgarian woman were charged with “indecent acts in public,” which included kissing and groping.
7Days newspaper reported that the pair both pleaded not guilty to the charges, but the Dubai Court of Appeal upheld the one month jail sentence previously handed down by a lower court.
