There are unconfirmed reports the NSW Premier is about to lose his job as part of the new look Labor line up.
News Ltd is reporting Morris Iemma will be sacked as NSW Premier at a party meeting shortly.
It comes after a tumultuous year for the Premier, with many of his colleagues angry his handling of the power sale.
He had been hoping to hang onto his job with a frontbench reshuffle, starting with the dumping of Michael Costa, who confirmed his sacking moments ago.
Caucus will meet within the hour to decide on a host of other changes, which will see some high profile casualties.
The Daily Telegraph is naming Health Minister Reba Meagher, Community Services Minister Kevin Greene and Racing Minister Graham West to face the chopping block.
Mr Costa will rack-up seven years in Parliament from tomorrow, meaning if he officially tenders his resignation on Monday, he's in line for the Parliamentary Pension.
But for Morris Iemma, today could mark the end of his leadership.
Official word is set to break shortly.
LIVENEWS.com.au will bring you video from outside the caucus meeting soon.
