Sydney's wet start to spring

6/09/2008 7:15:00 AM.  | Victoria Owens
Spring has gotten off to a dreary start this year with around 50 millimetres of rain recorded since the change of season.

The wet weather is keeping the spring temperatures lower than average, but forecasters say the weather is expected to clear up by tonight.
