An Adelaide woman has lost sight in one eye after being hit in the face by an uncooked egg thrown from a passing car.
Police said the woman was walking along a street in North Adelaide on September 1 when she was hit.
The 23-year-old was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment, but has since lost partial sight in her left eye.
The egg was thrown by a man who was a passenger in the car.
