Man tasered and shot trying to sell car

12/09/2008 7:51:00 AM.  | Laura Tunstall
A man has been shot and tasered after meeting with a group of men to buy a car in a southwest Sydney carpark.

Two men aged 27 and 23, organised the meeting with the men in the carpark of the Bunnings Hardware Store at Casula, at around 9:45 last night.

They'd met to discuss the sale of a car - but when they got there they were confronted by a group of Middle Eastern men who produced a shortened rifle.

Both were forced onto the ground - the 27-year-old tasered on the neck and face before being shot in the leg.

Three men fled in a dark blue late model Toyota Corolla with the men's mobile phone and cash.

A friend took the injured man to Liverpool hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

Police say they're treating the incident as a robbery and have seized a bullet casing from the crime scene.

Hope they catch these 'Middle Eastern men" and throw them out of the country after they serve their two months in jail. I would urge you to adopt my solution to crime and criminals. But, they won't let me implement it here. So, I doubt you will euthanize your criminals, either. But, I stand by my solution as the best way to reduce crime.
