Al-Qaeda threaten major attacks in delayed September 11 message

Al-Qaeda’s propaganda machine appears to be faltering.

The terrorist group's message marking the September 11 anniversary has only just been released.

In it, the group threatens major new attacks in Afghanistan and a continued presence in Iraq after the US leaves dismissing its setbacks there.
