Man stabbed over position in McDonald's queue

A man was stabbed three times following an argument over his position in the queue at a McDonald's fast food outlet in Melbourne.

The man had been in an argument with two men inside the Flinders Street store on Sunday night and after being served they followed him outside and attacked him in Swanston Street.

The man was treated by paramedics before he was taken to The Alfred hospital with a stabs wound to the shoulder and chest.
