Lindsay, Paris Facebook feud a fake

7/10/2008 9:51:00 AM.  | BANG Showbiz and LIVENEWS.com.au

A Facebook internet fight, believed to be between Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, has been revealed to be a fake.

The pair – who were once friends – were thought to have been trading insults on popular social networking site Facebook.

It was believed that ‘Mean Girls’ star Lindsay branded the hotel heiress a “b***h” and “pathetic” before launching a four-letter tirade after Paris Hilton supposedly set up a group on the site called ‘Firecrotch’, referring to the actress’ red hair.

This was in reaction to a group, supposedly set up by Lohan, called 'Paris Wets Herself' which refers to a couple of incidents where the 27-year-old blonde is said to have urinated in a sauna and in the back of a taxi cab.

But simple investigations revealed that both instances were orchestrated by fake versions of the popular celebrities.

You couldn't make this stuff up if you tried. Paris Hilton is a girl who knows what she wants. She may have the odd indiscretion as noted here, however she's certainly not a "dumb blond". Since the relationship breakdown with the folks, or at least on the inheritance side of things, she's created herself a nice little earner just being Paris Hilton - the brand, the entity, with a number of lines, recently moving into casino appearances to give the venues a bit of star power. Viva Las Vegas!
