Police have arrested a man at a Sydney naval base over a sexual assault last month.
A 53-year-old man was walking through Daryl Jackson Reserve in Summer Hill when he was allegedly knocked to the ground, sexually assaulted and robbed.
Senior Constable Paul Bugden says a man arrested last night is the second accused of being involved in the incident.
“Detectives attended a naval base yesterday.”
“They arrested a 20-year-old man who had just returned from Western Australia.”
“He was taken to Kings Cross police station and charged with robbery and sexual assault.”
