A brief of evidence has been handed to the DPP recommending charges be laid against a man at the helm of a runabout which crashed in Sydney Harbour killing six young people.
24-year-old Percy Small - a Sydney bartender - has refused to be formally interviewed by police about what happened that night in May.
Police believe he was driving the runabout which collided with a fishing trawler off Bradley's Head around 2:30 in the morning.
Six young people on board died.
Police have concluded their investigations into the crash and forwarded their brief to the DPP.
It's understood they've recommended charges be laid against Mr Small - possibly dangerous driving occasioning death.
