Police officer charged over child porn

A New South Wales police officer has been charged with possessing child pornography and committing an act of indecency.

The 36-year-old senior constable attached to Lake Macquarie Local Area Command, was arrested by the Professional Standards Command.

The officer has been suspended, and ordered to appear in Newcastle Local Court in September.

Hmmmm, one wonders at this and the forthcoming judicial result. Judging on previous out comes, i'll go 3:1 he gets a Bravery Award!! =[) Perhaps he can get MillSteed to sit on this case? Krudd you've had your say on the ART debate, When do tell the Judges to pull their heads in ? Oh thats right, you cant interfere with the Judicial process. Hmmmmmm

I agree, Nick Again. The way justice has been handed out to these perverts, I expect the police officers "act of indecency" to be shown as a short in the theaters of Australia for entertainment. I pray this "act of indecency" was not directed at a child. God forbid! I wonder if this is not something that is going on worldwide.
