Greenpeace has launched a new raunchy video called Forest Love, which goes a lot further than tree hugging.
The environment lobby group has revitalised its campaign against illegal logging, by featuring trees sexually fondling each other.
The video starts off somewhat innocently, but escalates into a mass tree orgy with moaning, groaning, leaf shaking, and provocative images of tree trunks penetrating tree cavities.
The video was made by the Amsterdam-based body, to remind the European Commission of the importance of protecting the world's forests.
"The European Commission has delayed a vital vote on protecting forests from illegal logging till September. We want to make sure the commissioners don't forget about it during their summer holiday," Greenpeace said on their website.
"As the world's biggest wood importer, Europe has a unique responsibility to help stop deforestation, illegal logging and its impacts on climate, biodiversity and forest communities."
People who watch the video are urged to ‘show the forests some love’ by sending in their own forest love pictures and footage to be used in another video to be shown to the European Commission in September.
