A huge python has taken over the one and only toilet at a heritage building in Darwin.
Staff have had to deal with the 3m long snake for a month – confronted by the python every morning, when he uses the bowl to warm himself up.
Workers at the National Trust of Australia building in NT, continue to use the toilet when the coast is clear – there’s already been six failed attempts by a professional to catch him.
One staff member has described the python’s head as being ‘the size of a man’s fist.’
"I was petrified the first time I saw him - there was all this snake in the bowl,'' the worker told News Ltd.
The sneaky snake has also been seen at the nearby heritage building of Burnett House.
