Fresh charges have been laid against a former Woolworths executive, allegedly involved in a multi-million dollar international fraud.
David Wills has appeared at Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court today on various charges, including multiple counts of cheating or defrauding as a director.
Police allege contracts worth more than $37 million were awarded, with the 57- year-old receiving corrupt commissions worth more than $3.7 million.
The new charges relate to tainted asset offences in which Wills allegedly made transactions valued at more than $300,000, knowing the funds were the proceeds of a serious offence.
The matter's been adjourned until January 29 next year for mention.
