Santa and his elves have been attacked by a group of angry parents, furious that the dreamlike Christmas theme park they were promised was more of a "glorified car boot sale."
Scared elves were told by their temping agency to immediately quit, while a snowwoman stormed off still in costume, sickened by the assaults at Lapland New Forest.
The Sun has reported a dad became so infuriated after queuing for four hours at the theme park on the Dorset-Hampshire border, England, that he took a swipe Santa.
Three elves and three security guards had also been attacked in the past.
"The final straw for one dad came when after four hours he was told he would have to join another queue for his child to get a present – so he marched up and punched Santa on the chin," former staff member Adrian Wood told The Sun.
Families have explained their shock to find the park advertised as the place "where dreams really do come true," was a "glorified car-boot sale in a muddy field."
The fairy lights were switched off, the ice rink which was promised wasn't in use because of a broken generator, and the nativity scene was painted on a billboard.
A five-year-old girl was horrified when she caught a beardless Santa smoking.
The RSPCA has also launched an investigation after complaints over treatment of husky dogs, reindeers and donkeys.
The families who stuck around were slugged with a $69 entry fee, and an extra $23 for a photo with Santa.
Recruitment agency Richards Events has advised the 25 workers they supplied to not put their safety at risk, and quit.
